Physiotherapist

Meet Rachel: Your Partner in Recovery

"I know what it is like to be sidelined by pain, and I know how to get you back to doing what you love."

Rachel's journey into physiotherapy did not start in a classroom. It started on the track. As a competitive high jumper in her younger days, she experienced her fair share of lower limb and back injuries.

Spending time in rehabilitation sparked a deep fascination with the human body and a firsthand appreciation for how a skilled physiotherapist can truly change a person's life.

Today, with over 10 years of clinical experience, Rachel channels that same passion into helping her patients overcome their own physical setbacks.

Who She Helps

Rachel has a special interest in treating working professionals, recreational athletes, seniors, and post-surgical patients. She is particularly passionate about taking on chronic cases, especially patients who have seen other practitioners but are still not where they want to be.

Whether you are dealing with a stubborn work-related ache, a weekend sports injury, or navigating the long road of post-operative recovery, Rachel is dedicated to helping you find lasting relief.

Her Treatment Philosophy: Real Solutions for Real Life

Rachel believes that physiotherapy should never be a one-size-fits-all approach. Her clinical style is a unique blend of authoritative expertise and warm relatability.

She is relentless about getting to the root cause of your pain rather than just treating the symptoms. More importantly, Rachel understands that the best rehabilitation plan is one you will actually do. She takes pride in designing highly personalised exercise programmes that fit seamlessly into your daily routine, job demands, and lifestyle. By making your rehab relevant and manageable, she ensures you stay on track to achieve your pain-free goals.

Beyond the Clinic

When she is not in the clinic helping patients, Rachel stays active with reformer Pilates, jogging, and barre. As a mother currently navigating her own postpartum recovery journey (slowly but surely!), she deeply understands the patience, frustration, and resilience required to rebuild strength and mobility.

Her relatable nature, combined with her extensive clinical background, means you are not just getting a physiotherapist. You are getting a dedicated partner in your health journey.
